Welcome to the website of the Inclusive Recruitment Project! Our objective is to support recruiters’ digital skills by offering Finnish-language guidance on when and how to effectively utilize digital recruitment tools to promote fairer recruitment. Our training materials are designed specifically for recruiters working under time pressure, who typically have limited resources for self-directed training.
The project team includes recruitment researchers Heidi Lehtovaara, Matti Laukkarinen, and Sami Koivunen. The project is funded by the AMI Foundation.
