The registration requires the users to log in to the registration system. Registration is managed by Photonics Finland (legal: Suomen fotoniikan seura ry), please be adviced about this while paying the registration fees. Registration should be made as early as possible to help organizers to plan a better summer school, preferably latest by end of June. For last minute (July-August) registrations a full program cannot be guaranteed but we will try our best. The summer school is intended to be relatively small, about 100 people, so that participants will have a good opportunity to learn and network without too much distractions.
- The registration fee includes lecture material, lunches, coffees and refreshments and the social programme.
- The registration fee does not include accommodation, which should be booked separately.

- If you are travelling alone and wish to share a room to reduce costs, please mention this in the comments section of the registration form and we try to help you get contacted with student in similar situation.
Wire transfer (bank transfer) is not an option for payments after 2019-07-01 due to inherent delays with payment processes and payment handling. Invoices issued before that are naturally valid but they can be changed to credit card payments if requested. Status of the credit card payment is immediately updated to the system. If a wire transfer is needed as a payment method, please contact the project manager or the person listed as a contact person in the credit card payment page after you have registered. When making the payment by bank transfer, please remember to use the reference number or message which will be shown in your invoice from the registration system.
