How have you used something that you learned during your MEL studies in practice?
MEL studies have given me a chance to familiarize myself with different aspects of educational leadership. I don’t have chances to use all I have learned at the moment but maybe sometime in the future my work assignments will change and I have better possibilities to utilize my knowledge.
How have you personally grown since enrolling in the MEL programme?
My endurance has grown a lot as well as my tolerance and resilience when it comes to doing things that are not so interesting at the first glance. This is very positive note, since I have noticed that I can persuade myself to like things I first found pointless or dull. This will be very beneficial in the future!
