How can the Caring Workplace tool be used to support everyday encounters in work communities?

TAMK has been collaborating with HelsinkiMissio’s School to Belong programme for about three years. The programme provides educational institutions training and tools for identifying and preventing loneliness. Over the years, we at TAMK have become more familiar with the School to Belong activities, but did you know that HelsinkiMissio also has a Work to Belong programme that aims to reduce loneliness at workplaces?
