Basics of teaching

This section examines teaching from a theoretical perspective and presents various models for organising teaching and learning. At Tampere Universities, curriculum design is based on a competence-based approach and curricular alignment. We place a special emphasis on the assessment of learning, openness in teaching and learning, and the promotion of pedagogical well-being.
