How the innovation service process works
1. Needs assessment and planning
Together, we review your company’s current situation, your solution and your development needs. Based on these needs, we design a tailored service package and prepare a development and testing plan for your solution.
2. Practical testing and expert services
Based on the testing plan, we carry out experiments, tests and pilots together with your company, our experts, and end users or customers in real-life or simulated environments. We also provide the expert services specified in the development plan.
3. Reporting of results and outputs
We document the outputs of the expert work and report the results of the testing.
