How have you used something learned during your MEL studies in practice?
Being the principal of an international school that tries to promote innovation at all levels, I have been able to apply many of the things I’ve learned at TAMK to my context. The MEL programme allowed me to develop the skills I need to promote change and implement learning in my context, and to transform the school into a learning environment that aims to reach excellence, collaboration and innovation.
How have you personally grown since enrolling in the MEL programme?
The MEL programme gave me effective practical tools and a series of theoretical frameworks that allowed me to lead the school I am coordinating through a delicate phase of transition and transformation. I have had the chance to see much of the learning that happens at TAMK in action within my context, which has been involved in a huge process of transformational change.
