Support of Facilitation

Reading and video tips to support facilitation

Facilitators’ role as a part of the orientation event is responsible and thus we offer you tools and materials needed to support facilitation.

It is very important that you first participate in a Self-Hack and then the facilitator training, which are organised in Moodle. During the trainings you will learn the key facts and skills you need during the event. You will have the facilitator training presentations and materials before the event. You will also have the Self-Hack workbook for new students, which includes the Self-Hack materials and guidelines.

We gathered diverse materials below. You can read them based on your interest. The topics vary from guidance to positive psychology and practical facilitation tips.
