The main goal of ESF funded (European Social Fund) TOHTOS project is to expand and diversify the potential of doctoral students to find employment also in other fields than the traditional academic ones. TOHTOS project will develop the working life relevance of doctoral training.
This toolkit includes different kind of examples, models, actions and methods used in doctoral training. The material has been presented in the Doctoral education day in Lappeenranta on 9th October 2018.
Most of the material is in Finnish, but in sections A, C and D there are presentations in English, too.
