Create five blog texts that discuss / expand on / are inspired by the topics discussed during each course session (one blog post per session, so five in total, as individual work). Compared to a formal academic analysis, the blog format gives you more freedom to discuss personal experience and personal reactions to the topics. Please feel free to make us of the addition course reading material (separate section in Moodle) when creating your argument.
- The preferred length of each blog text is between 400 and 1 000 words (they can be longer if you have a solid argument to make).
- The structure can be creative (but the argument still needs to make sense).
- Use short paragraphs and subheadings to make you text easier to read. Use italics for emphasis if necessary (instead of underlining or bold text).
- Each blog text needs to have a title, ideally catchy and engaging.
- When quoting someone, use citations as you would in an academic essay (no particular referencing style required). Alternatively, if possible, include the citation in your text as a link.
- You can also include images and links (all content produced by others must be properly acknowledged and credited).
- Indicate which course session each blog text is inspired by.
Please note: All blog texts are eligible to be published on the course website. A selection of insightful and well-written blog texts will be published after the lecture series (students will be informed of publication beforehand).
