Visitors from Turku University of Applied Sciences stopped by Sote Virtual Lab

Sote Virtual Lab received an impressive group of experts as its guests on Tuesday 5 November. The director and the managers of education and research from the school of social and healthcare in Turku University of Applied Sciences came to meet the managers and R&D experts from school of social and healthcare in Tampere University of Applied Sciences.

We had the opportunity to present our lab to the guests as part of their day’s program. The guests were able to familiarize themselves with the services, operations and equipment of Sote Virtual Lab. There was plenty of discussion about, for example, virtual pedagogy, neuromodulation and many other current and interesting topics. In the discussion, the same challenges were identified. Tips and experiences were also shared about practices that were found to be good.

During many discussions, it was stated that all actors can be stronger through cooperation. We at SVL hope that cooperation and fruitful discussions can continue!
