TAMK’s strategy responds to working life expectations
Tampere University of Applied Sciences’ new strategy period extends to 2030. Preparation of the strategy started with the management’s operational environment analysis, which was complemented based on staff’s and working life representatives’ comments. The strategy was approved by the Board of TAMK in February 2020.
Our strategic objectives directly respond to the growing societal expectations for universities of applied sciences.

The critical success factors describe what TAMK has to succeed in to achieve the objectives. Our operational purpose is to offer new competence for working life. The ambition of our multidisciplinary and working life oriented UAS is to produce high-quality professional higher education and innovations.
