Who can become a member?

Membership in the Nordic Network for Company Law is open to researchers and practitioners who are actively engaged in academic work within Nordic company law or closely related fields. This includes university scholars, postdoctoral researchers, and legal professionals involved in research activities in the Nordic countries.
The network values diversity in seniority, institutional affiliation, and national representation, and welcomes both established scholars and emerging voices.

How to join the network

If you are interested in becoming a member, we kindly invite you to express your interest by contacting the member(s) of the Steering Committee representing the country to which you are most closely affiliated.

Upon confirmation, you will be added to the network’s mailing list and invited to participate in upcoming conferences, PhD courses, and webinars.

Joining the mailing list without being a member

If you are not entitled or interested in becoming a member you may contact the Chairman of the Steering Committee to be added to the mailing list for those activities that may also be of interests to non-Nordic scholars and practitioners.

Sharing of contact information

If you accept to be added to the mailing list, you accept that this list may be shared among members of the network for the purpose of inviting to network activities.

Anyone on the mailing list can at any point unsubscribe by contacting the chair of the Steering Committee.
