Nordic Journal of Company Law (Nordisk Tidsskrift for Selskabsret, NTS)
Nordic Journal of Company Law (NTS) focuses on current legal and economic issues relevant to company law in the Nordic countries. The journal also covers related fields such as competition law, tax law, accounting and auditing. The aim of the journal is to bring scientific articles on corporate law, to provide information on developments in corporate law – in the Nordic countries and internationally, to discuss and comment on new legislation, case law and literature, and to facilitate a professional debate across the Nordic countries on current topics within corporate law and corporate governance. It is a scholarly journal published by Djøf Publishing.
The Aim of Nordic Journal of Company Law is:
• To bring scientific articles on corporate law
• To provide information on developments in corporate law – in the Nordic countries and
internationally
• To discuss and comment on new legislation, case law and literature
• To facilitate a professional debate across the Nordic countries on current topics within corporate law
and corporate governance.
Nordic Journal of Company Law is published four times a year. The editorial board is Nordic. The editors
welcome articles and other contributions for publication. When articles are received, they will be subject to
peer review as a basis for admission to the journal. Deadline for submission will be available at Djøf Forlag’s
website: https://www.djoefforlag.dk/content/nordisk-tidsskrift-selskabsret
Articles for submission:
– Max. 15 pages, including notes
– Contain an abstract or a brief summary
– Languages: English, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian.
The author guarantees the copyright of the article or paper.
The author receives an electronic copy of the article for proofreading and a free copy in pdf.

Scholars who wish to submit an article to Nordic Journal for Company Law are invited to contact the editorial board. Manuscripts should address topics within company law or related areas relevant to the Nordic legal context.
