PhD courses and Nordic PhD students

We aim to organise an annual PhD seminar for researchers working in company law and related fields. Responsibility for organising these seminars rotates among the Nordic countries, as set out in the table below. In years when a PhD seminar coincides with the Nordic Company Law Conference, the seminar is planned to take place immediately before or after the conference, at the same venue.
