On October 1, 2026, the 15th Nordic Company Law Conference will be held in Stockholm. It is organised by Stockholm University and the Swedish Corporate Governance Institute. Themes for the 15th conference include:
- Corporate Governance, Economic Growth and the Role of Law
- Issuers Duty to Disclose Inside Information according to the Market Abuse Regulation
- Fair Price in Squeeze-outs
- Company Law Litigations
- The Geoeconomics of Debt Governance
- The Negotiations of the Multiple Vote Share Directive
- Improving Nordic Cooperation in Company Law

Network members: To register for the conference, please send an email to alexandra.park-larsson@juridicum.su.se. In the email, let us know if you will attend the conference and conference dinner, or only the conference. The conference as well as the conference dinner are free of charge. Participants are however expected to arrange their own travel and hotel stay.
