Access instructions
To enter the exam room you need access rights that work on Kauppi campus (student card or key card). Please make sure in advance that your access rights are in order before your electronic exam. You can find more detailed information on the following page: Student access to campus facilities (Intranet).
Access instructions from 1 September 2026 onwards: The exam room door will be open on the hour for 20 minutes. The door opens 5 minutes before the hour and closes 15 minutes past the hour. You no longer need to identify yourself at the exam room door with a student card or other access card. Please arrive at your exam on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late from the start of your exam booking, you must wait until the exam room door opens again or reschedule your exam.

The exam room is located on the first floor of the Arvo building. The access to the exam room takes place through the main entrance of the building. The storage lockers are situated in the lobby and can be accessed with a self-selected PIN code.
