Ball games Start is aimed at those who have little or no previous experience with ball games.
During the session, participants learn the basic skills and rules together under the guidance of an instructor, while a large part of the session is spent playing in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The ball game changes weekly, allowing participants to try a wide variety of ball games.
Ball games Start offers an easy way to try something new, learn new skills, and potentially discover a sport that suits you, even without any previous experience.
The Ball games Start session begins on 30 September 2026 and takes place on Wednesdays in the SportUni City Centre ball games room. You can find the session in the selection calendar under the Ball game slots category and attend either every week or whenever you wish. Registration opens at 7:00 AM on the previous day.
