    • Although the sport facilities are closed, nature offers you the great opportunity to take some air and take care of your health.
  3. Remember to check your ergonomics at home office!
    • Is your posture ergonomic, do you have proper working tools, do you have enough space and light?
  4. Try to keep your everyday routines!
    • Plan your day in advance, so your day would be much easier.
  5. Brain, your main thing!
    • Eat healthy and remember to rest, so your main important engine, your brain, would remain in a good shape.
