Crosstraining
Fun and efficient training in a small group! Crosstraining is functional training which is based on moves using your bodyweight as well as equipment. We start with a warm-up followed by an effective circuit-style workout targeting the whole body.

Kettlebell
Power with kettlebell! At the kettlebell class you are using your entire body and enhancing the oxygen uptake as well as the muscle endurance. The class is focused on the kettlebell technique so that also beginners can easily follow the class. The class is consisted of different movement patterns that are conducted against time.

TRX
Challenge the whole body with this functional workout! The TRX class is a full-body muscle fitness workout, where a TRX® belt made of non-elastic nylon is used as a tool. After an easy warm-up, versatile movements are performed as a battery training. The exerciser’s own body weight and the tilt angle of the body act as resistance. You can adjust the intensity of the training very well by yourself. Short stretching at the end of the class.

Indoor cycling class that increases basic endurance. In this class, activities vary from moderate to recovery.

Fitness boxing is an effective sport where active footwork and punching and dodging exercises load the body in a variety of ways. The class includes a warm-up, a boxing session alone and with a partner, and muscle conditioning exercises. The sport is suitable for all ages, regardless of fitness level.
