Areas for development: cleanliness, capacity and scheduling
However, areas for improvement are clearly linked to structural factors. According to users, the main challenges relate to cleanliness, overcrowding, adequacy of facilities, and the suitability of schedules. In particular, improvements are expected in the condition of changing rooms and shower facilities, as well as in expanding the availability of sessions.
Respondents who do not currently use the services also highlighted barriers to participation. The most common reasons include lack of time, perceived high prices, location, and overcrowding. The results suggest that usage could be increased by lowering the threshold for participation and improving accessibility.
Based on the survey, SportUni’s core activities and expertise are on a strong foundation. Going forward, efforts will focus on strengthening cooperation with cleaning services, reviewing opening hours, and further developing the range of sessions across different activities. SportUni has also initiated development work to better take beginners into account within its services.
