SportUni’s sports centres will be closed on May Day Eve evening and May Day – the Hippos gym will remain open

Opening hours during May day

SportUni sports centres will be closed on May Day Eve in the evening and on May Day.
We will close the sports centres at 3:00 PM on May Day Eve, and they will reopen again on Saturday morning. SportUni Hippos gym will be open as usual from 5:00 to 23:00 throughout the May Day holiday.

SportUni will be open throughout the summer

The summer season at SportUni sports centres begins on Monday, May 4, and continues until August 23. During Midsummer, SportUni’s sports centres will be closed.

Each centre will have a short maintenance period in mid-summer:

  • Hervanta: June 19–28
  • Kauppi: June 29–July 5
  • City Centre (Keskusta): July 6–12

In addition, the Hervanta ball games room will be closed due to air conditioning renovation from June 29 to July 12. During this time, however, the gym and group fitness studio in the extension building will remain open.

  • Mon–Thu: 6:00–21:00, customer service 10:00–21:00
  • Fri: 6:00–20:00, customer service 10:00–20:00
  • Sat: 8:00–18:00, customer service 12:00–18:00
  • Sun: 8:00–19:00, customer service 12:00–19:00

Kauppi

  • Mon–Thu: 5:00–21:00, customer service 10:00–21:00
  • Fri: 5:00–20:00, customer service 10:00–20:00
  • Sat: 8:00–18:00, customer service 12:00–18:00
  • Sun: 8:00–19:00, customer service 12:00–19:00

Hippos

  • Mon-Sun: 5:00-23:00, customer service in Kauppi

City Centre 

  • Mon–Thu: 6:00–21:00, customer service 10:00–21:00
  • Fri: 6:00–20:00, customer service 10:00–20:00
  • Sat: 8:00–18:00, customer service 10:00–18:00
  • Sun: 8:00–20:00, customer service 12:00–20:00
