Summer group exercise season starts on 2 May

In group exercise, we change over to summer schedules from 2.5. SportUni's most popular classes are available at all three campuses, and there are classes indoors, outdoors and online.

The outdoor kettlebell returns to the selection, as does the Bootcamp at the outdoor gyms in City Centre and Hervanta. There are several different types of circuit training style classes in the summer, Bootcamp, Crosstraining, WholeWorks. With these classes, you can do all around as well as effective workout in a short time. These classes are suitable for everyone, because the movements are done at your own pace and there are no choreographic steps.

There is quite a lot of weekly variation in the group exercise classes in the summer due to the university’s entrance exams in Atalpa, the closing weeks of the sports centres and the instructors’ holidays, so it’s worth checking the schedule weekly. We also reserve the right to remove a class from the calendar in the middle of the season if less than three customers visit the class from week to week.

You need to enroll on group exercise classes via the selection calendar. Registration begins at previous day at 7 a.m. and you can register until the beginning of the class. Please remember to cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend.

With a full-year or spring SportUni fee, you can participate the summer classes until the end of July. If you have not paid the SportUni fee, you can participate with one-time fee or purchase our new product, Summer fee.
