Enjoy SportUni's online training in summer: Yogobe, LiveStream group exercise classes and Remote training.

The digital platform Yogobe

The digital platform Yogobe is included as a part of your SportUni fee. Yogobe is the leading digital platform in the Nordics for yoga, exercise and health. By becoming a member on Yogobe, you will have unlimited access to over 2000 videos within yoga, meditation, mindfulness, strength training, mobility training, stress management and much more.

With Yogobe you always exercise on your own terms – whenever you want, wherever you want and always based on your own specific needs. On Yogobe there is something for everyone – both for the athlete and the newbies. Through our collaboration with Yogobe you will get unlimited access to their service 1/8/2022-31/7/2023. When you sign up as a new member for Yogobe you will not need to input any payment details and you do not have to do anything to cancel your membership, it will simply become inactive after this free period. Yogobe Service in only for those who have paid the SportUni fee.

Livestream group exercise classes

“LS” marked classes in Kauppi are LiveStream classes to which you can either participate live in SportUni Kauppi or online. Check the schedule here.  You do not need to register for the class if you are participating online. You can participate online via the Zoom link on the Selection calendar. The link is available only to those who have paid the SportUni fee and are logged in with their tuni id. In the mobile version of the selection calendar, the Zoom link is only visible until the start of the class, but through the browser version, you can also join the class after the class has started.

SportUni remote training

SportUni remote training can be found in the Panopto video service of Tampere Universities. On this service, you will find a variety of recorded remote workouts that you can do whenever and wherever you are. To get the English subtitles for the videos, click CC.

You can log in to the Panopto SportUni folder with your own tuni.fi – IDs.
