Sports consultation is available free of charge on all campuses.

The purpose of sports consultation is to guide individuals who are not getting enough physical activity for their health toward a more active lifestyle.
If you have no medical restrictions preventing you from increasing your activity, but would benefit from personal guidance, sports consultation is a suitable option.

“Sports consultation is especially aimed at students and staff of Tampere universities who are motivated to find a more active lifestyle but need personal help to get started,” says SportUni’s Sport Coordinator Janette Savumaa.
