Power with kettlebell! At the kettlebell class you are using your entire body and enhancing the oxygen uptake as well as the muscle endurance. The class is focused on the kettlebell technique so that also beginners can easily follow the class. The class is consisted of different movement patterns that are conducted against time. Kettlebell classes are outdoors, near outdoor gym, in front of the E-wing. Ask for more information from Atalpa reception. Please, keep the safety distances.

17.00-18.00 Outdoor training/Ida Hervanta Suolijärvi

Welcome to SportUni outdoor training. We exercise in a small group of maximum 9 participants. Please keep the safety distances! We are going to do some circuit training and hill training in Suolijärvi terrain. We will meet at 17.00 in Suolijärvi beach car park.

15.00-16.00 Ice skating/Hanna Sorsapuisto ice rink.

Welcome to SportUni skating lesson to Sorsapuisto new ice skating rink. Skating lesson includes training of basic skating skills and getting to know figure skating elements such as jumps, spins and spirals. Any skate boots and blades are suitable for the lesson. Exercises will be modified to everyone’s own level so you can join if you are a beginner or advanced skater. Meeting place in front of changing rooms in Sorsapuisto ice skate rink. Please, keep the safety distances!

Welcome to SportUni outdoor training. We exercise in a small group of maximum 9 participants. Please keep the safety distances! After warming up there are simple exercises to increase muscle tone and heart rate. The class is outdoors in Atalpa in front of the E-wing (near outdoor gym).
