SportUni new group exercise season begins in the first week of September. There will be nearly 100 hours of group exercise classes in a week in three Sports Centres. During August there are summer group exercise classes running in our centres, so you can go to do some exercise today.
The autumn’s Group Exercise Calendar will be released in a few days. You will find a variety of dance, muscle and body care classes. Check out the classes on our website and grab yourself a printed calendar at the SportUni centres reception.
Classes marked with * are also recommended for beginners.
