SportUni’s sports consultation is a free service where, with the support of a professional, the client is guided and motivated to a more active lifestyle. You are not obliged to exercise even if you want to stay healthy. All you have to do is add movement to your everyday routine and we will help you with this!
The purpose of sports consultation is to guide clients who are not moving enough for their health to a more active lifestyle.
Sports consultation is aimed specifically at university students and staff who are motivated to find a more active lifestyle, but need personal help to get started.

Please note that the sports consultation doesn’t give any personal exercise programs, for example for the gym. If you want a personal gym program and guidance for the gym, you can use the gym instruction for beginners or personal training service.
