SportUni’s spring ball games season is underway. You can join the sessions by paying the SportUni sports fee or a per visit fee. All participants must have paid the fee to attend any ball game sessions. People outside the university community are not allowed to join the sessions, except for specifically mentioned exceptions.
Open ball game sessions can be found in the ball games halls of all our sport centres, and you can see their schedules in the Selection Calendar. Joining is easy – just show up, no registration required. For regular sessions organized by sport clubs, student associations, or staff groups, you can ask the session contact person about joining – often it’s possible! You can get the contact details from the customer service desk.
Badminton slots can be booked through the Selection Calendar. The calendar covers one week at a time. The following week’s badminton slots become available for booking on Thursdays at 8:45 a.m. You can book a maximum of three sessions per week. Booked sessions are for personal use only. The slots can also be used for other sports, such as pickleball, table tennis or roundnet. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel at least 2 hours before the session starts. Failure to cancel and not attending will result in a 14-day booking ban. You may also bring a playing partner from outside SportUni for the price of a single-entry fee.
Sessions start at the scheduled time. Playing must end 5 minutes before the session ends so the next group can start on time. The person who booked the session is responsible for returning any borrowed sports equipment to its place. Please also note that if it is the last session of the day, you must leave the sport centre by closing time.
