Credits from physical activity? – Yes, please!

Students jumping, text: credits from physical activity

Physical activity during studies has been proven to improve academic performance and lays a foundation for future work ability. Movement enhances cognitive abilities, thereby boosting learning. That’s why it’s fantastic that both Tampere University of Applied Sciences and Tampere University offer the opportunity to earn credits from physical activity! For now, these courses are specific to each institution. However, the Students on the Move program aims to make them accessible to students from both institutions by the fall of 2025.
