The spring group exercise schedule has been published in the Selection Calendar. The schedule will largely continue in the same way as in autumn, but some changes are expected, based on customer requests as well as the availability of facilities and instructors.

Popular Barre classes returns to the selection in both Hervanta and City Centre. A new class, Cardio&Strength, will also be introduced. The class is an energetic combination of step sequences and strength training.

The spring group exercise calendar is valid from January 7 to May 3, 2026. During Easter (April 3–6), classes will follow a separate schedule, and on May Day (April 30–May 1) no classes will be held. During the winter holiday week (February 23–March 1), some classes will be on break. There might be some changes in the class selection during the season. For example Tuesday’s Balance class in Hervanta is expected to change into a DanceChoreo class, and the Thursday’s Dance Me Up class in City Centre will be replaced by another dance/aerobic class.

Check out the group exercise offer in the selection calendar and don’t hesitate to try some new classes and see what you like! Some of the SportUni Kauppi’s classes are live-streamed, so you can also participate in LS-marked classes from your home/workplace. Registration for all group exercise classes is done through the selection calendar with your Tuni ID. Remote participation (only LS classes) does not require registration. 

You can participate group exercise classes unlimited by paying the SportUni fee. You can also participate with per visit fee (7 €). You can try different classes for free during the Open House weeks from January 7 to January 18 by showing a student card/certificate or staff card when you enter.
