In the spring of 2022 the SportUni team collected customer feedback about SportUni’s services and sport centers with the Customer Satisfaction Survey and other surveys, through our feedback whiteboards and our online feedback form. 

Based on the feedback, our customers used all three centers equally and were overall generally satisfied with all SportUnis services. In all of our centers the customers were especially satisfied with the customer service. The biggest need for improvement was seen in the amount of available badminton slots, cleanliness and opening hours of our sport centers. 

SportUni is aiming to improve constantly based on the given feedback. Therefore we are implementing or have already implemented the following actions:

  1. The opening hours have been extended already during the summer season.
  2. We update our equipment when necessary. The gym above the sports hall at Tamppi Areena will be completely updated with new equipment in 2022.
  3. We aim to update the surfaces at our gyms. 
  4. We have taken the feedback about the cleanliness of our centers forward and are continuing to stress the importance of cleanliness with the operators. 
  5. We are paying closer attention to the badminton slot and permanent booking slot usage and will provide more individual badminton slots weekly.
  6. We will emphasize the role of ball sports and individual services in our communications.
